Clean Eating...What's Up With That?

I've been hearing a lot about clean eating lately. Being a new Mom with a family to feed and still needing to shed a few post-baby pounds...I'm more than interested! I did some research into this subject, and found that it's really not all that difficult as long as you have the right tools and are dedicated to making the change. It's essentially eating no different than people have been eating for thousands of years. Only in the last 50 or so have we switched to fast food, sodium-laced veggies in a can, or any other number of foods that might have once been considered healthy until they were zapped with preservatives.
